It's the longest, coldest, most miserable month of the year. For what it's worth, this is a little bit of Cawood Wisdom to see us through it: Eat healthy, wholesome warming food. Get a bit of fresh air every day. Take long baths and get cosy every night. Don't beat yourself up if you fancy a glass of wine or a bar of chocolate,how else are we going to make it through such a dismal time of year?!! Treat yourself to some bunches of daffodils to brighten up your Lily Pad and make you dream of sunnier times to come. See you on the other side everyone! It can't last forever....
