Sorry Everyone, i'm really not very good at keeping this up to date but you can always find out what's going on in Cawood Land by checking out my Tweets, although i can't guarantee many highbrow observations!

Firstly, I must apologise for not keeping the site up to date. I'm appalling at this technology stuff but I have instructions from my website dude and I'm good to go!

I was on ITV2 over this weekend presenting from the pink carpet(!) at the 'Confessions Of A Shopaholic' premiere, which was great fun. The cast and crew were all lovely and took the time to talk to us and give us some nice soundbites.

It's been a busy old year. I've walked along the Great Wall Of China for Olivia Newton John's cancer charity, and done 2 shows for Wedding TV - The Real Ugly Betty (channel 266, Wednesdays at 10pm) and Love Is Blind. I've also just started doing reports for the Travel Channel and so far have been to Stockholm and Prague with more to come in the next few months.
